Creating your character to use in this game shouldn't be a tedious, harrowing exercise. It doesn't have to be incredibly detailed. The main use for the alias character is to eliminate past relationships you might have and create an equal playing field for all players.
I will provide a photograph of your character that will be used on the leaderboards if you don't want to find one. However, I will not be able to pick a certain look for you and you may not even like the photo. If you would like to pick your character's photograph, it's simple... just go here: www.newfaces.com/model-search.php or www.starsearchcasting.com/search.php or www.musecube.com/search/model.htm or models.com/search/ and input the right search terms and pick one. There are many other places on the Internet to find pictures as well.
If you pick your own photograph, do not pick a famous person or illustration. If they have a Wikipedia page, don't use their photo. Don't pick a picture that's in black and white, too tiny, with objects or other people obscuring their face, or one where their whole face isn't in view. Try and get a picture where they are looking 'at the camera.' For examples of good photographs, check out these pictures used in the last season.
To individualize your character, you might want to select one unique thing about them: their identity, life experience, physical feature, ethnicity, personality, sexual identity, class, etc. Just a few sentences of interesting detail is what I'm looking for. Some cute point or noticeable feature is perfect.
