my vote is currently on themba, for reasons posted in my "grand ol' parlay" thread

I have not voted yet. But if I had to vote right now I too would be voting for Themba because of the stuff posted in my case on her, and yours. Great minds!

Reasons why Themba is not a Spy:

1) Because she is a Citizen.
2) Because everything she has thought, every action she has taken, has been laid out clearly for all to see. She has nothing to hide.
3) If she was a Spy, she would've been a smart one and stayed on the Alexei wagon. Moving to Zed with one hour to go would be a stupid move, even for the most accomplished Spy.
4) Anyone voting for her for the reason that she did indeed move her vote off of Alexei should also be considering that Zed could also be a Spy. If that's the best reason you can come up with for voting her, you're doing something wrong in this game.

Right now I shall be switching my vote from THEMBA to ALLAN based on my case I made on him as well as the ADMISSION he made in the chatroom tonight.

My vote has landed on Allen due to his lies. I'm sorry Veldt, I know you put a lot of effort into suspicious contradictions, but I just can't give you my vote today. There have been a lot of decent points raised on her during the game, and here are the ones that I think are key.

-Says that both Zek and Alexei were "caught up in the heat" of the chat during the first night. Alexei is dismissed as 'confused' however, which is stated even after I point out discrepancies in his suspicion of Zek timeline. This was another instance where she completely changes the subject of our chat without me realizing.
-Not taking early stance for exile. We are five hours or so from exile. You have not made a choice yet. What have you been doing to make this choice?
-Zek today. After exile, you tell me you are still voting Zek. You pressure me to vote with you. As the day goes on, he makes the big post that you rip. Suddenly though Zek no longer is the exile, the only thing that has changed is no one else wants to exile him that I can tell.

First she was stuck on Zeke, and then just today I see that she has started looking around for other suspects. One of which is me. But does she talk to me or ask me anything? No, she posts a question to Jennnny. What is your opinion of Steph? Cause I can't think for myself. Not scum hunting, just suspect mining going on.

By taking an early stance, you mean be solid on one suspect? Sorry if that's how you work, but I've been battling suspicions in my head all day. I want to make the best choice as possible, not some careless decision. I was also waiting for Jenny to get back on that thought to me...

I know the battling suspect thoughts. What I am missing from you is a clear TOP suspect ever since you gave up on Zek. I will admit that my top suspect has done quite a bit of changing today, but I have tried to make it clear as much as possible. I never gave up on Zek...I just didn't see him in the position of top suspect. The point is I DON'T have a top suspect. It probably sounds really bad, but as I've said its hard to determine who is more suspicious. ATM, I am between Jenny/Stephanie/Themba, and I am leaning Jenny/Steph. if that helps. Let's see if Steph can clear anything up in what I asked her.

Suspicions about you have been building this entire episode. They started with your suspects from last round and the way you were pushing Zeke going into the last exile. Then continued when you didn't seem to be getting off Zeke this round. And then finally when you ask Jenny for her opinion of me. You don't seem to be scum hunting. You look to me like you are suspect hunting. Looking for someone else's opinion of where you should put your vote.

My vote this round is going to be for Stephanie.

I was originally confused at her vote for me, considering the only suspicions I have heard from her were those regarding Rondak and Owen. I was surprised to find out however, that she had:

I found that odd because those were her original suspects that she was pushing in the chat. Apparently that reason she was adamant to push them was because:

So the only reason she was pushing these two "suspects" was because someone was "in her face" about her suspicions. That's a little weird...

Here is the stranger part:

I was confused as both her suspicions of Allan and myself were due to cases other people had posted. But apparently according to her that is scumhunting, because she is “bringing her suspicions forward”:

Then the last kicker that struck me as odd, is that she admitted her reasoning for voting for me was shakey, but stated she didn’t know of better options. You mean to tell me there has been no one she has found her own evidence on that is worth voting for? What has she been doing?

To summarize:

A. She has not really been scumhunting, she has even dropped the two suspects that she actually had her own evidence on

B. She admits her reasoning isn't very good but states she doesn't have other options

C. She considers herself scumhunting when she is in fact examining other cases and getting ideas from them...exactly what she accused me of doing

I think this is worthy of a vote in Ms. Stephanie's direction.

I am also curious as to the Savannah Suspicions, and Zed by no way has been let go, however I feel reasonably confident in the evidence gathered against Allan right now that he's the vote for me.

Allan is not one of my main suspects. It might be fail logic that I think he is too retarded to be a spy...but I really don't see a spy purposely taking another fall after his buddy just got lynched. Allan is a liar, but does that mean he is a spy? Not necessarily. Allan is still on my list of suspects, just not a top suspect. I would not rule him out as being a spy, but right now I'm more focused on the people I mentioned (specifically my vote Stephanie as I posted).

You didn't talk to me until I talked to you, first. So no, you did not. As for Allan, you could ask him a question on the board or PM him if you were that suspicious of him. So really what "scumhunting" have you been doing if you haven't been talking to either of your suspects.

I placed my vote for Savannah last night (not in thread, but it was pretty obvious in the chat with Dane/Jenny last night), but I'm currently considering changing my vote to Stephanie.

The big hang-up right now is the fact that Savannah denies the things I see in her, Stephanie admits them. Lying is more scummy, but is Savannah lying, or does she just truly not believe that she's deflected suspicion onto others (ie, that not being her real intention)?

My vote is changing from Allan to Savannah.

Reasons:
- There's been a role claim for Allan by Jenny and I am not comfortable voting for him until we know more about it.
- Does seem wishy-washy on her own reasons for suspecting people, yet claims I'm suspicious for the same thing.
- Has started to lead votes on Stephanie, which seems somewhat out of nowhere.
- Jumped on Allan and myself when she smelled blood.


There is more detail which I am sure I'll be asked to explain further at a later date.
