Ok, there is probably going to be only one post in this thread, seeing as I wasn't in the game for 80% of the Episode. But I figure I should right something. I think I'll start with "YAY I GET TO PLAY! HOORAY FOR IDLERS!' Wow, I never thought those words would be coming out of my mouth. Keyboard. Whatever.
Allan - Haven't seen since I joined the game. What is his deal? I'm inclined to think he has to be showing some signs of life, otherwise he would have been replace too. Active lurking? Scummy. Apparent he lied about reading things, which is dangerous two-fold. First, there is no good reason for a Citizen to lie. All it does is make them look more scummy and it is a detriment to the Burg. And over something so trivial, not a good move. Secondly, not reading things is scummy. A Spy doesn't have to, they know who the Citizens are. Citizens need all the information they can get. It was part of why I pegged Donald as a Spy in Union. He didn't know someone had been replaced because he ignored the post because he thought it was someone posting a case on them.
Dane - Abrasive as all hell. Some people think that points to him being a Citizen, but there's no better hiding place than in plain sight. And it wouldn't be a Spies first, either. He is a bit sound a fury, by which I mean he's clearly active but his activities aren't all that productive. Example: In Episode 1 he started the vote tally thread, saying everyone should post who they are voting for and why, and he stressed the why. But then he doesn't post his own until more than a day later. Think Naomi from Schism. Also, I really don't like the way he shoots down some discussion. Like Themba's No Lynch post. Maybe she didn't want to actually do it, but wanted to see who would jump on it. All discussion is useful information and should never be stifled. He was a vote against Alexei, which is a point in his favor. But so were Jason and Pete in the first vote of Union.
Gabriel - A bit of a ghost right now. Only think I really see is him making a case against Savannah that I'm currently not sold on. Voted Alexei, which is a good sign. Neutral read right now. Had a brief conversation with him, pretty much him just directly asking me what I think and then leaving it at that. Not sure how I feel about that. Asking without giving is suss. But right now I have a neutral read on him.
Hambone - Given his character I wasn't expecting much from him, but I really like his posts. His thoughts seem to parallel mine, which leads me to believe he might be a Citizen. But I'm trying not to jump to any conclusion too soon, because if he is a Spy I think he'll be a damn good one.
Jenny - The massive posting of the public chats falls into the category of not as helpful as she'd want you to think, but still nice. Her logic seems a bit dodgy and I don't like the fact that she quickly congratulated the Doctor doesn't sit well with me. Not a top suspect for me yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if she was a Spy and I'm keeping an eye on her.
Nita - Has been the most helpful to me, which is a good sign. Plus she did summaries of the large group chats. Which is nice, except it might lead people not to read the long ones so she can point out what she wants pointed out and gloss over stuff that incriminates her Spymates. She's also a bit of a female Dane in the sense that she aims to look helpful (post questions in Dane's Episode 1 Vote thread that she never answered) and has tried to silence some conversations (Jenny or whoever's possible bussing discussion). She's also hyper-defensive, which makes me think she's hiding something.
Owen - Appears active and intelligent, but currently an unknown to me. For some reason he gives me a Citizen vibe, but I really haven't had a chance to look him over yet. Too many other more likely candidates.
Rondak - Claiming to be a newbie, and I told him directly I'll believe that when the game is over. He hasn't done anything scummy yet, and voted Alexei, so I'm leaning Citizen. But it's still too early to tell.
Savannah - There's a lot of buzz over her right now, but I'm really not buying it. Most of the arguments against her seem superficial. Could she be a Spy? Sure. But I haven't seen anything against her that would make be thing she is a Spy. But with so many people looking toward her, if she is still around next Episode I need to look closer at her.
Stephanie - Her arrangements are weak at best, but I'm not sure its worth of a vote. Sheeping is scummy, but just because someone else made to point doesn't make it any less valid. Besides, who is to say she wasn't thinking it themselves and just wasn't the first to speak it? She's in the maybe pile right now, so we will see.
Themba - My top suspect. Her vote changing is very suspect. Plus, she was quick to point out Alexei's final words before leaving the group chat as admitting to being a Spy, but still didn't vote for him. I call bullshit. I'll give an example. Last week at the bar I work at I had to kick a girl out for puking. She claimed she didn't do it. I said I saw he bend over and do it, she claimed she was smelling to see if it was puke. So she literally stuck her face in it, realize it was puke, then continued to stand there in it at the bar? Fuck no. If you realize you standing in puke, you move. If you realize someone is a Spy, you vote them out. Period.
Tina - If I have my story right, she was one of the first on the case against Alexei, but then switched to Zed at the last minute. Reminds me of Kristen from Union. I'm leaning Cit, but too early to tell.
Zedekiah - Apparently the center of a lot of drama round 1, I don't fully understand it. He actually looks pretty Citty to me. I have to figure out what exactly is going on with him and reevaluate, I could be horribly wrong.
