Rule about the Impeachment twist

Imagine the following scenario:


There are 8 players left in the game. The sign up top says there are 4 Spies remaining. One player, who is unknown whether they are a Spy or a Citizen, has lost their vote.


So there are seven voters. And four Spies. If the person who lost their vote is a Spy, then there are seven voters, three of which who are Spies and four of which are citizens. The game continues.


If the person who lost their vote is a Citizen, there are seven voters, four of which who are Spies and three of which are citizens. The game ends.


Because of this, it may be possible to figure out the person who lost their vote's identity at a certain point.


In order to fix this, the game will end only when a side has a majority + 1. In this final eight scenario, even though the Spies could have either three or four out of seven voters, the game will continue regardless of if they actually have a vote majority. They would be required to have a majority + 1 to win.
