Episode 2: Sorting the Psychos

So, at the moment, Youtube errors out whenever I try to upload my videos! I'm not sure why... It starts withan estimated time of 190 minutes, so uh... Apparently Imdoinitrong. Maybe I accidentally upped the quality of my video and made the file gigantic? That's a possibility.
Anyway, I have a backlog of video confessionals and I'm too lazy to try to figure out what's going on right now, so I'm going to do it the old fashioned way and type a little bit.



So, boys and girls, Mr. Mofo is going to tell you a story. Just come sit on his lap, don't be shy! No, not on his knees, move over a little bit! Oh, that's ok, that's just a stick that Mr. Mofo keeps in his pan..................................................%$#&%$&%$#&%$ OK uh, so that was going too far, even by my ridiculously low standards. My apologies. Moving onto less TERRIBLE thoughts...
(I just throw things like this in my confessional to see who is actually still awake!)

I was trying to decide a personality for my character.... I went through several different ideas before I came to what I ultimately went with.....



Nah, another superactive, persistent, obsessing character is not for me.




Hmm... Lurking sucks, too, I'd better not do that!




I went with.... BALANCE! Shocker, huh?


Basically, I want to be active enough to have relevant contributions to the group and be aware of what's going on, overall, but ultimately, I don't want to be SO active that everyone knows everything about me and has a good idea of my stances on everyone all the time. I don't want to have the power to influence people's votes. I don't want to have the attention.
I want to be... Not in the background, but near it. I want to be logical and helpful, but not be KNOWN for being logical and helpful, if that makes sense.
Hopefully it does. That'd be a first coming from me, but meh, oh well.

Well, the last one I made is 456 MB even though another video of the same length that I made recently is lss than 200... I upped the quality a bit, but I guess I have to go back down to low quality, or figure out how to convert it to a file type that takes up less space at higher quality :/
But... Youtube allows videos up to 2 GB, so I really don't understand why it wouldn't upload. I'm about to try again, hoping for good luck!!


And haha, yeah, I thought it pretty much summed up Julia's gameplay perfectly, which is sad, but it's true ; D

Well, I guess that at this point in the game, it might be a good idea to give impressions of the people in it! No, I'm not going to make plaster molds of their bodies, but I am going to talk about them. Although I'm sure I wouldn't mind molds of some of their bodies. For Spy hunting reasons, obviously.
Anyway.
Moving on!

From the other side of the party lines:

Jenny
Seems to be stealing the Julia game plan for social prominence. She should die for that reason alone. I will not tolerate such insolence. The formula is: Give everyone nicknames, be online all the time, engage with everyone, balance casual chatter with game talk, be positive until people piss you off, etc.
It works, well, but I shall destroy those who use it!

Tina
She needs some dang quesadillas.
Nah, but in reality, I am still very, VERY interested as to why she would go around talking about me advocating using No Exile just because I simply mentioned that it would probably be given as an option to account for the fact that technically either team could have 0 Spies.
Makes no sense. If I mention that there was a rape on the news, does that make me a rapist? Well, maybe I am, but it wouldn't be because of that.
Just Kidding.
Mostly.
Well, 100%-ly.

Moving on.
Tina also stated that she was voting Alexei early. But... She didn't. I can't find her explanation as to why she didn't. So she made a case on a Spy along with someone else, but backed off of it without any explanation when it came down to crunch time. Nah, that's not suspicious at all.

Savannah
Also seems to have adopted the loonnggg leeetterssssss approach to life. What have I started!?!? This is as bad as Jar Jar Binks in The Phantom Menace when he knocks over a battle droid after their Luchrehulk-class droid control ship was destroyed and they deactivated and then all of the other Gungans started knocking droids down and dancing.
UUUUHHHHHH...... Not that I'm a Star Wars nerd or anything.


Hambone
My early pick for the best Citizen over on that team, along with Nita. Seems like he has a good head on his shoulders, which is actually a weird expression, because your head s on your neck, not your shoulders. If your head was on your shoulders, you'd look like a turtle. We should start saying that people have a good head on their neck.
So anyway, Hambone seems to have a good head on his neck.


Nita
Her attempt at Spanish is less than spectacular. Es muy deficil, si tu me preguntas. But that's OK. It makes things more interesting, at least. But at least spell "Bienvenidos" correctly.
I like that she was on Alexei early, and more or less made that vote happen. And that's a good thing, because Alexei was kind of a Spy. And by kind of, I mean he was.


Everyone else
I'm too lazy to write about any of the others, because, well, they're not even on my team, and they either don't stand out as being particularly remarkable, or I'm just really lazy. Mostly I'm lazy, and did I mention that I'm lazy?


Part 2, on my actual team, will come after I've swam for a little while! Unlike Chance, I don't have a waterproof computer.

OK, Part two of the, well, whatever I called this, uh... Part II of the Official Talking About People In The Game And Stuff Post.


Awohali
Personally, this is my favorite character of the whole game. The guy that plays him is really amazing - probably the coolest person ever - and exudes the meaning of cool through his words of wisdom and acts of awesomeness.
Just kidding, he sucks.


Broderick
He's fairly active, seems to ask good questions, is perceptive, easy to get along with. Good dude, I hope. Either way, her's a good player. I'm a fan of Broderick so far.


Camilla
I'm convinced that she is a Spy. You may Exile me if she's not. Oh wait, that's Claude, and she's not. She's dead.


Chance
Obsessed with Claude. The dude's interesting, but it's way too early to tunnel vision on people. I mean I didn't do that until all the way into Episode 3 last game!!!!!!!!
........................Anyway, at least as Julia, I was still asking other people questions and building other cases. Chance and Claude are focused almost solely on one another. That's bad.
Also, he kinda disappeared this episode. I know that he can't vote or be voted for, but that's no excuse.


Cinnamyn
She might be hard for some people to understand, but being a street smart, straight up G**, I'm able to understand her fairly easily. Niggas go'n hate, dat sum real talk, but shit ain't got real til you walk where I walk. Did that even make sense? No. No more freestyling for me.
I think she is asking good questions, and seems to be interested in Spy Hunting, at least on the surface. I am wary of her lone wolf vote in Episode one, though, as that's an easy noncommittal move for a Spy to make episode one.


Claude
Dislike. He's stubborn, self-absorbed, and wrong about the way Mafia should be seen. He places others in his shoes and assumes they'll do exactly as he'd do, and refuses to account for, oh, I don't know, the fact that not every single human is the same. I know it's easy to confuse that issue after listening to Daughtry, Saving Able, Three Days Grace, Shine Down, and Hinder back to back to back to etc. but it's true.


Cory
Who is that? The guy that hasn't done hardly anything this Episode after playing a big role early last episode? Oh, right. I had high initial estimates of him, but I'm pretty wary, now.


Gertrude
The Survivor thing could be a lie and a copout, but after being convinced that someone was lying about being new last game, I won't make the same mistake twice. As long as she learns and improves, it'll be OK.
With that being said, she's acted decently suspicious so far. I enjoy talking to her, but time will tell if she is good or evil.


Isaac
Haven't had much one on one with him, but overall I find myself agreeing with a lot of his philosophies on the game. He does tend to bloviate a bit, but as long as there's some real content amongst the excessive wording, that will be ok. It's weird that Firefox doesn't recognize "bloviate" as a word, because it definitely is. It wants to change it to "obviate", but that might change the meaning of this paragraph slightly...


Jasmine
She's like playing with fire inside of a hand grenade. Pretty opinionated and quick to heat up. I have a feeling this is going to be an issue as the game wears on. I disagree with her notion that things can't be unimportant regarding her TOP SUSPECT or the reasons she voted for people last episode.
I've been trying all episode long to get a straight answer out of her regarding her claims that Chance switched his suspicions a lot, and so far I've got nothing. If she doesn't tell me next episode, I'm voting for her.

Lawrence
Nice, dude. Isn't super active on AIM, and usually logs off sort of early, but his posts have been helpful. He's middle of the road for me. He seems to offer his opinions up, he just won't have the presence of other people.


Lilith
Who? I know more about Spies9Noajdu than I do about Lilith. And Spies9Noajdu lurks all the time, too!

Magalie

That, my friends, is an unstable reaction. I believe Magalie has been described.

Margot
She seems willing to learn, but isn't learning yet. If she doesn't change her evil ways, baby, she'll be dead. If anything, for a lack of value.

Mary
Mary, more than anybody else in the game, I like. She has a good head on her neck (I wasn't kidding earlier about changing this expression!) She asks good questions, stays on top of things, and is very reasonable. Also plays a good character and is interesting to talk to.
