I hate this. Purposefully limiting yourself out of fear of imprisonment and being eliminated only hurts you and your game Mary. It hurts your win condition, and it hurts those that wouldn't have been imped or would have been up in the air; if the spies are getting barraged from all sides, how do they know who to pick? Point Blank, playing to avoid imprisonment only means you are playing to lose as a citizen. Joshua played that game last time around, and just handed it to the spies out of fear of being imped. That was one more potentially powerful player who limited themselves out of the fear of imprisonment.
It doesn't matter. The town wins together by working together and not being afraid of the mafia, the wolves, or the spies. There will always be casualties, but good town accepts this and won't let it affect their play.

The sad thing is she's arguin in her first sentence thatn she's playin all out - but I ain't seein it.
Y you right Gabriel - there's always gonna be casualties. Even if the burg get all 7 spies en a row + a doctor save there still gonna be 3 imprisonments (usin the model of what happen this game with 2 double exiles).

Lol, all out. I guess "all out" to her means doing what it takes to not get lynched, but in the process she is not managing to help the burg at all. Like I said earlier, she's better out than in considering she's been doing nothing thus far.

Mary is better than most. She does a lot through AIM.
At this point in the game, however, there is no reason to be holding back at all. I am glad Hambone is pushing for activity.

Jenny has abandoned her group-chat-posting role? Oh noes! What will the burg come tooo. : It wasn't by choice. I've been having to borrow computers ever since my laptop cord died. And for some reason my family has this obnoxious habit of going "OH HEY, A BROWSER THAT *name classified* SPECIFICALLY SAID (S)HE WANTED LEFT OPEN. LET'S CLOSE IT." plus some rather bad internet issues the night of exile made posting chats a bit harder then normal. I ended up having to ask people either in the room or in private to do it for me because of it.

Lilith, is there a particular reason you think Jenny isn't a spy? I mean, ignoring Awohali for a moment. Just... why? Me thinking Jenny was a citizen had nothing to do with Awohali's claim. Awohali's claim only made me think he was a spy because I was deadset in my belief Jenny was a citizen. The way she acted and what she did, only a townsperson would do. A spy would not act and think like she did.

I also gonna argue wit Mary on this one: Es round 8. Mary still en the game. What she do? Vote Magalie y cast a weak vote gainst Jenny last round - without fightin to keep Awohali en the game. She ain't influential, so she ain't doin much to fulfill her win condition (exilin spies or exilin citizens). Mary, she may still be en the game, but wit her playstyle y lack of leadership she gonna "pay for it dearly" if she lose the game (spy or citizen). Mary was influential, but rarely publicly. She whispered in the right ears at the right times, and rarely left a trace. The town wins together by working together and not being afraid of the mafia, the wolves, or the spies. There will always be casualties, but good town accepts this and won't let it affect their play. For future reference, when you see a good player appearing to hold back, be more skeptical. The sad thing is she's arguin in her first sentence thatn she's playin all out - but I ain't seein it. It's risky to take good players head-on with suspicions of Cits. Better to placate and avoid the good players and work your magic on the vulnerable and the people you've already won over. Lol, all out. I guess "all out" to her means doing what it takes to not get lynched, but in the process she is not managing to help the burg at all. I take offense.. I voted for five Spies! And I would've voted Alexei too if you'd let me! Mary is better than most. She does a lot through AIM. At this point in the game, however, there is no reason to be holding back at all. Well, I can think of one or two reasons.
